The company
MDD Real Estate AG was founded in 2021 by brothers David and Dominique Schwestermann in collaboration with Marlon Arnold.
Based in Glattbrugg (Zurich), the company follows a clear philosophy: responsible real estate development, locally rooted and focused on long-term value creation.
